Our Exclusive Use options make Stapleford Park a perfect location for the ultimate private event. Brand signage along the meandering driveway and throughout the main house with your corporate logo, work alongside our Events Team to bring all your visions to life.
Hold the ultimate party in the evening in our Grand Hall or perhaps take the decadent Saloon and set the lighting, let the band begin and dancefloor fill…
All of the public areas of the main house, and the 48 personality imbued bedrooms, would be yours exclusively for your event from 3pm on the day of the event to 11am the following day.
Please note that exclusive use does not include the swimming pool and spa facilities or the two cottages within the estate. Pricing starts from £12,000 dependant on season.

The Orangery & Grand Hall
Capacity: up to 200
The Perfect venue for meetings, away-days and private entertaining.
The Grand Hall is the largest private space at Stapleford Park with three decadent chandeliers setting the atmosphere for your event.

Accommodating up to 200 guests for a seated dinner, the Grand Hall leads to the Orangery which works perfectly as a breakout area or Evening Bar; with a large glass domed roof and several French doors leading to its own terrace and tranquil garden space.
The Grand Hall can also be split into three separate smaller spaces, which is always a successful option for those needing to collect creative minds in breakout session space.
All you need is a wild imagination to turn our Grand Hall into anything you envisage – we partner with the very best Events Management Agencies and florists, lightning technicians, inspirators to create an incredibly memorable backdrop.

The Old Kitchen
Capacity: 36
The Old Kitchen features a vaulted ceiling which is adorned with antlers, original fireplaces and ceiling height windows which overlook the Terrace and gardens beyond.
Steeped in history, guests tend to enjoy private special events or evening dinner in the Old Kitchen – as the very oldest room in the hotel it certainly sets the scene for an incredibly memorable event.
The Harborough Room

The Harborough Room is distinguished by its scarlet Gainsborough silk wallpaper, giving it an intimate, warm atmosphere.


The Billiard Room
Capacity: 12
The Billiard Room is tucked away in the Main House, with dual aspect views from ceiling height windows across the manicured lawns and Parkland surrounding Stapleford Park.
The central mahogany table also doubles as an antique billiard table; perfect for after dinner team-building competition!
The Falcon & Mews Rooms
Capacity: 20
The Falcon & Mews rooms work well together giving plenty of space and versatility to your corporate board meeting requirements. Offering dual aspect views towards our Falconry School on the lawns.
While smaller, the Mews Room can accommodate meetings, or alternatively tends to be utilised as breakout space or even a ‘wellness’ area for guests to practise yoga during their midday break!


The Morning & Gilt Rooms
Capacity: 20
The Morning Room is wonderfully bright and airy with dual aspect windows overlooking the surrounding parkland.
Featuring original chandeliers, beautifully detailed wood carved panelling, a myriad of antique portraits and two fireplaces, the Morning & Gilt rooms work perfectly in unison for smaller meetings for up to 8 guests with inclusive breakout space.
